What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of secure payment: PayPal, credit card, debit card. 

What currencies can I pay in?
We are only able to accept US Dollars at the moment. We plan on accepting more currencies in the future.

Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
We guarantee secure payment processing at all times. Please read our Privacy Policy page for the full details on how we protect your privacy and personal information.

Will I have to pay any sales tax?
Tax is charged by customs offices in countries based on their rules and policies. The customer is responsible for finding out the situation in their country. It is unlikely you will need to pay taxes or customs but, if any should occur, these charges must be paid by the customer. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, clthshop cannot declare purchased items as a gift or state an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

Why am I being asked to "verify" my payment?
Because your order has been held for a standard anti-fraud check by clthshop. We do our best to avoid fraudulent and unauthorized payments to protect both us and you.

Order Refunded
The order should be refunded to us at first. For Paypal payment, please allow 7-9 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account.

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

1.Log in to your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express;
2.Enter your card details and the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Then click “Submit”;
3.Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address;

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

Or If you don’t want to pay by PayPal, only want to use the credit card, you can click the “Check Out”.
The “Payment” page will have a “Credit/Debit Card" option.

Then you can use your credit card to pay for the order.
