  • Shipping

    We offer worldwide FREE shipping to most countries.

    Additionally you can choose Priority Insured Shipping for extra cost. This option inludes Insurance in case your package is damaged or lost turing shipping.

    Average shipping time depends of the destination country, but in the past the average shipping time have been 5-20 working days.

    We cannot be held responsible if an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout.

    Since we are dealing with international shipping there can be delays due to coronavirus outbreak allover the world! 

     
     

  • Additional fees & taxes

    We are paying custom fees and taxes on each order before shipment. We havent heard that any of our customer had to pay additional custom fees or taxes. 

    We are not responsible for any local customs or import duties that may be applicable.

    No refunds will be issued if the recipient refuses package delivery to avoid paying customs duties or taxes. 

  • Returns & refunds

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • What are Style or Variant options?

    We are offering few different variants of some designs. If you change Type, the main image (first big image) changes, showing the selected Type!

    If there is no dropdown menu with Type or Variant then there is only one option of the design.

    In case you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us!

  • Add ons

    We can add additional handmade lanyard or some splitrings with your order and we can mix the designs. 

    In any case if you have questions do not hesitate to contact us! 

  • Custom made work

    In case you want custom made order, you can contact us and if we find the request interesting and challenging we may accept the work. Time for custom made works are usually around 10-15 days because the process is long and time consuming, starting with sketch, manufacture, quality control and finishing.
